A Horse Called Warrior

A little known story of bravery and friendship, this program examines the unique role played by British soldier "Galloper" Jack Seely and his horse, Warrior. The two served together in Europe from August of 1914 through the end of the war and all of their dramatic adventures — including one of the greatest cavalry charges in history in the Spring of 1918 — are masterfully retold by Seely's grandson and famed broadcaster Brough Scott.
